Pilot Program Terms

RoozPace and RoozClass are currently under development and are being provided to selected users on an invitation-only pilot and beta basis for testing and evaluation.

Features may be incomplete, experimental, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

The Services may contain bugs, errors, interruptions, inaccurate information, failed integrations, delayed notifications, or data-processing errors and should not be relied upon as the sole source for time-sensitive, safety-related, school, childcare, transportation, pickup, medical, emergency, or other critical information.

Pilot participants are responsible for independently confirming important information with the applicable school, teacher, caregiver, organization, or original source.

By participating in the pilot, you acknowledge the experimental nature of the Services and voluntarily assume the risks associated with using pre-release software.

You are responsible for information, documents, emails, images, calendar data, messages, and other content you submit, upload, forward, connect, or otherwise make available through the Services.

You represent that you have the right and appropriate authority to provide such information.

During the pilot, participants should avoid submitting information that is unnecessarily sensitive or confidential.

The Services, including non-public features, designs, interfaces, workflows, functionality, prototypes, documentation, business concepts, product plans, and other non-public information made available through the pilot (“Confidential Information”), are confidential and proprietary.

Pilot participants agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly share screenshots or recordings, reverse engineer, or use Confidential Information for any purpose other than evaluating and using the pilot, except with prior written permission or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Confidential Information does not include information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the participant, that the participant already knew, or that the participant independently develops or lawfully receives from someone else. Participating in the pilot does not make ordinary or public information confidential.

RoozPace, RoozClass, and their underlying software, branding, designs, interfaces, workflows, documentation, proprietary technology, and other proprietary materials are owned by the operator of RoozPace or its licensors.

Participation in the pilot does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to a participant, or grant a right to copy, reproduce, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from proprietary elements of the Services except as permitted by applicable law.

These terms do not claim any right in a participant's own pre-existing intellectual property, personal information, or independently created content, and content does not become ours merely because it was uploaded.

Participants may voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, usability observations, feature requests, or other feedback concerning the Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants grant the operator of RoozPace a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and incorporate such feedback into its products and services without compensation or obligation to the participant.

This section applies only to feedback about the Services. It does not transfer ownership of a participant's unrelated intellectual property.

THE PILOT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR OF ROOZPACE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR OF ROOZPACE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, USE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN OR USE OF THE PILOT SERVICES.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Because the Services are in active development, pilot data may be modified, migrated, reset, or deleted as necessary for testing, maintenance, security, or product development.

Participants should retain original copies of important information.

Certain functionality may depend upon third-party services or information sources.

The operator of RoozPace does not control and cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

Pilot participation is personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and provided solely for evaluation and authorized use.

We may suspend or terminate pilot access at any time, including to protect users, data, intellectual property, or the integrity of the Services.
