Terms of Use

You must be an adult able to enter into these terms to create an account. During the pilot, access is by invitation only.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Use the Services to organize your own family's information and to coordinate with people who have agreed to coordinate with you.

Do not use the Services to harass, impersonate, or endanger anyone; to access another family's or classroom's information without permission; to upload malicious code; to scrape or overload the Services; or to break the law.

Do not use classroom features to contact families who have not joined or agreed to be contacted through that classroom.

You keep ownership of the information and content you provide. You give us the permission needed to store, process, display and transmit it in order to operate the Services for you and for the people you share it with.

You are responsible for what you submit, and you confirm you have the right and authority to provide it — including information about children in your care and email or documents you forward.

RoozPace, RoozClass, their software, branding, designs, interfaces and documentation belong to the operator of RoozPace or its licensors. Using the Services does not transfer any of those rights to you.

Nothing here claims ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property, your personal information, or content you created independently.

Some features depend on services we do not control, including email providers, calendar providers and public school menu or newsletter pages. Their availability, accuracy and performance are not guaranteed by us, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time, and the Services may be unavailable during maintenance or because of problems outside our control.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Do not rely on the Services as the only source for time-sensitive, safety-related, school, childcare, transportation, pickup, medical or emergency information. Confirm important information with the original source.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR OF ROOZPACE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, USE OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access to protect users, data, intellectual property or the integrity of the Services, or if these terms are breached.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms part of your use of the Services.

While the Services are provided on an invitation-only pilot basis, the Pilot Program Terms also apply and control where they differ from these terms for pilot participants.
